Pineapple Grilled Pork Chops
6 thick pork chops
1 can pineapple slices, undrained (20 oz can)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Open pineapple- drain juice into the container you are using to marinate the pork chops in.
Add soy sauce, veg oil, onion, garlic and brown sugar mix well.
Place pork chops in marinate and set in fridge for at least two hours.
Place pork chops on hot grill and turn until cooked through.
Grill the pineapple when the pork chops are about halfway done.
Place on top of pork chops and serve.
Rice side dish with a veggie is a perfect meal
